Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Postage & Packing is Free of Charge – sent via Royal Mail standard postage; items will be jiffied and parcelled. For all other bespoke customer-requested delivery times, please see charges below.
All orders are processed well within 48 hours – irrespective of weekends or Bank Holidays
Orders are shipped up to – and including – last Royal Mail postage on Saturdays.
Other weekend orders will be dispatched first post Monday morning
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery
Large Letter Orders over £10 will be dispatched as ‘signed for’
Parcel orders over £30 will be dispatched as ‘signed for’
Please note, we don’t ship to P.O. Box Addresses
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Dr Jon’s Gorilla Grips currently ship to all countries in Europe – please see shipping guidelines

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Dr Jon’s Gorilla Grips (& Other Optical Accessories) is aware of IOSS VAT as noted from 1st July 2021, following Britain’s exit from the EU, and the customer will not incur these additional tax charges.
